About Andy MacFarlane
Andrew ‘Andy’ MacFarlane has an impressive record in representative rugby. He made 28 appearances for North Rugby, earning RFU North Cap No. 726, and toured twice with the North — to Zimbabwe, and to Namibia and South Africa.
The highlight came on 19 October 1988, when Andy captained the North against Australia at Otley. The North produced an outstanding result that day, defeating the touring Australians 15–9.
How the day works
Matchday at Aldwinians RUFC is about more than what happens between the first and final whistle. On selected matchdays, our clubhouse will be serving a pre-match meal ahead of the afternoon's fixtures.
The aim is to make it easy to arrive early, grab a seat, enjoy some food and then head outside to support the rugby. The format is simple: good food, good conversation and an opportunity for the audience to ask questions.
Arrive early
Come before kick-off, settle in and get a good seat in the clubhouse.
Eat well
A pre-match meal served ahead of the afternoon's rugby.

Pre-match meals will be available on selected dates and, where required, advance booking will be essential. Full details for each event are announced closer to the day.
