We currently have two teams within our Ladies segment, the 1st XV are newly promoted to NC2 and our 2nd XV are a development side entering into the Inner Warrior league.

Training takes place every Wednesday evening from 7.00pm and Sunday afternoons from 2.00pm, both located at Aldwinians RUFC.

Any ladies aged 17 or over are welcome to come down and see what we are all about, no experience necessary!
