Training takes place every Friday, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm and games takes place on Sundays. Both are located at Aldwinians RUFC (unless away games and times may differ)

The Under 8s team is made up of children who are 7 years old (Year 3 at school) as of the 1st September. This age group is a fantastic step in their rugby journey, building on the foundations learned in the earlier years while keeping the emphasis firmly on fun and teamwork.

Players take part in Tag Rugby – a safe, non-contact version of the sport that introduces children to the core skills of the game.
