Aldwinians RUFC
Code of Conduct
We want the rugby environment to be inclusive, safe and enjoyable for everyone. These codes of conduct set out the standards we ask of every player, coach, parent and spectator connected with the club.
At Aldwinians we are committed to promoting the welfare of all our participants — children, young people and adults, including those at risk.
Everyone is entitled to feel safe and protected from any form of abuse or neglect, and has the right to take part in a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment.
The core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship matter for children in rugby and for every adult they meet, who we hope will act as positive role models. In that spirit, we ask everyone connected with the club to follow the codes of conduct below.
