  • Are you new to sport? Wanting to get back to a regular fitness routine? Why not come down and give it a go! We highly suggest it!

    1. Boots and Gumshield advised

    2. Train with our current 1st XV to 3rd XV

  • Over 17? The Senior Colts train every Tuesday alongside the Senior sides.

    • Learn a new sport? Gain friends for life? Come and show the old farts how to do it!

Walking Rugby from 6.30pm - Aldwinians RUFC

  • Want the action but without the contact?

    • This is for you! Everyone is welcome!

Ladies Training from 7pm - Aldwinians RUFC
