One life changed
One Million Mentors has one simple aim: to transform our society by connecting one million young people with one million opportunities.
Social change on a national scale
1 simple idea
A community-based mentoring system that pairs young people with professionals.
1 great opportunity
Share your expertise, expand your network and inspire the next generation.
1 life changed
One-to-one, one hour a month: a lasting impact on a young person’s life.
1 million connections
Building one million new connections between young people and opportunities.
How it works
1MM’s online platform uses the latest technology to train professionals as mentors, who are then digitally matched with young people over 18.
For under-18s, mentors are matched through 1MM’s youth partners: schools, colleges, universities, employment programmes and charities.
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation?
One Million Mentors is seeking professionals to join their mentoring programme. Share your expertise and make a lasting impact.
